Founded in 2003, Fushimi Japanese Group has been an atelier for contemporary Japanese-fusion transformation, serving masterfully crafted Japanese dishes with innovative French tastes and techniques in a modern-meets-traditional style. Fushimi was first established in Staten Island and currently has five locations spread throughout Staten Island, Bay Ridge, Williamsburg, and our newest location, Manhattan.

Fushimi aims to produce visionary Japanese-fusion dishes, using the highest quality ingredients and state-of-the-art methods. Hand-picked, fresh ingredients from local farms are shipped weekly to each location and are artistically handled by our expert chefs. I went to this Fushimi for the second time today with my friend for dinner. I had a great experience, starting with the courtesy of Mr. Eric, the manager, and excellent customer service from the waiter, Kevin; he was polite and attentive to my friend and me. This Fushimi has a tremendous and diverse menu of sushi platters. I loved my food and drink a lot. You must try the Fushimi fried rice, it's delectable. I am happy that I visited again. Thank you, Mr. Eric and Kevin, for welcoming my friend and me. I will visit again, and I recommend visiting that place, especially if you are celebrating a special occasion or a date. The bathroom is also super clean and beautiful. Overall, great vibes and I like the place.

Coming here is an absolute experience! If you really want to indulge in high quality food and drinks, come here ASAP! I love how their ambiance is for everyone (solo dates, family dates, romantic dates, large parties & etc.,) The staff is extremely kind and helpful if it's your first time. I ordered the Samurai drink which was absolutely delicious! I ordered the shrimp tempura roll as an appetizer and the shrimp teriyaki as the main course. All of it tasted amazing. 10/10 can't wait to come back here again!

I don't even know where to begin! I absolutely love this restaurant, every detail and thing about it. The food is seriously an 11/10. I wish they had this restaurant in San Francisco! Highly recommend getting a Lychee Martini, one of the best ones l've had in NYC thus far. I wish I could've tried the whole menu because it's seriously that good but these were some of my favorite dishes (see the photos). Peep the bathroom, just the coolest spot ever with great music too!
